• No refunds or exchanges unless item is damaged in shipping. Must show proof of damage by contacting the artist at Oviedo.joviedo@gmail.com.  

• All paintings are packed with the upmost care and safety precautions. For more information on shipping, please see below or contact the artist.

SHIPPING & PRICING

• All orders will be shipped within 14 business days via USPS Priority Mail/UPS/FedEx Ground Shipping, depending on the size of the product. PA residents will be charged 6% sales tax at checkout. No international shipping at this time

• Each piece is priced depending on the size of the canvas, quality of oil paint used, time and energy needed to complete piece.

RIGHTS OF ARTIST

• The artist reserves the right to use and sell reproductions of sold work to promote her work. All reproduction rights are retained by the artist herself. Any purchased artwork may not be reproduced by any process without proof of permission of the artist.
